Current turnaround times are posted on the website and are accurate within +/- 2 days.
Return shipping is via insured USPS Ground Advantage with Tracking. Upgrades are available at additional cost.
Be sure to include a working email and phone number — this is how we will communicate throughout the authentication process.
Authentication Service invoices (including your chosen return shipping option) are sent once we receive your items and confirm the services requested.
Use the payment link in the invoice email for your choice of payment method. Services are provided once payment is confirmed.
You will receive email confirmation of payment and a separate email with tracking information when your authenticated items are shipped back.
